Nabeel Mussarat has successfully concluded the sale of the Tesla car showroom in Stockport after a two-year ownership stint. During this period, he received nearly £500,000 in rent. Nabeel's decision to move on from this venture results in a profit exceeding £1.2 million. In 2020, Nabeel assumed ownership of the Tesla showroom, driven by a desire to enrich his commercial assets portfolio and a deep-rooted connection to the Greater Manchester area, where he spent his formative years.

ST.AUGUSTINE’S

£1.6m profit

St. Augustine's Chapel was a local innovation, initially acquired for £800,000. Following extensive renovations and the transformation of 9,500 square feet into 9 luxurious apartments at a cost of £500,000, the property was subsequently sold for an impressive £2.9 million.

WILMSLOW ROAD

£800k profit

In 2020 Nabeel purchased a substantial three-story detached property for £800,000, featuring an eye-catching exposed brick facade and a pitched and tiled roof. This property underwent a significant overhaul, with Nabeel leading the conversion of the building into four flats, while the ground floor commercial space found a lease partner in the well-known takeaway giants, German Doner Kebab. By 2022, the property's value had appreciably increased, and it was sold for £1.5 million.

WHARF ROAD

£3.5m GDV

Wharf Road was a land purchase. Planning was successfully granted for a residential scheme comprising 49 homes, featuring multi-story blocks that house a total of 44 units. This approved plan is on track for completion in early 2022.

This property was procured from Trafford Borough Council, fostering a positive working relationship as we secured ownership of the site. The Gross Development Value (GDV) for this venture is estimated at £30 million.
